Deborah Beaudoin (she/her/hers) is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist working for the ECOP Norfolk and Portsmouth sites. Deborah provides support and assistance to individuals returning from incarceration. Primarily, she works to link these individuals with vital resources in the community to foster their overall success and well-being. Before joining ECOP, Deborah worked as a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist at an MAT clinic in Virginia Beach. She has extensive experience in the human services field, having worked at a mental health facility and a homeless shelter as well. Deborah has more than nine years in recovery and is active in her local Narcotics Anonymous organization. Her passion is helping others, and she regularly volunteers with organizations in her local community.
