Ms. Christina Moore is the Peer Navigator for the Empowered Communities Opioid Project Petersburg site. Moore’s involvement in the project includes sharing her own lived experience with the others around her and being what she likes to call a resource broker to the peers she serves. She enjoys educating people on how to use Narcan properly. Before coming to work with Mason, Moore was a Peer Recovery Specialist. Where she spent most of her time facilitating groups for individuals living with co-occurring disorders and helping those individuals with their recovery goals.
